Our Story Junior an Josh started when we served as missionaries over 25 years ago in the Central Coast. In the Sydney North Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ.

We looked for opportunities then to serve others and do still today. Whether it's singing a song to a family or helping someone in need. We saw then that providing a "win, win" is the only way to lasting success. And the right team and "CREW" can mean the difference between success and failure.

That's why we are developing a team a "CREW" that is committed to excellence in all aspects of the company and life.

Each "CREW" Technician after a trial period cain gain ownership in the company, not just another job but a brand you can call home.
 
That's right each employee who continues to work with the team and culture has your best interest in mind, because they are part of the company or a large portion of profits. Those profits are only given if they pass the quality control checks put in place to deliver the best product and service to you. Junior has had extensive years of management roles and service in helping youth learn life skills and compete at the highest level. He's a Father of a daughter and two sons and married to his best friend. What you might not know is Junior is a Music Technician and eventually will provide "Musik With In" to the world. Josh has been washing windows for over 20 +years. And has consulted and built and operated 25 different companies in that time which he grew and sold. What you might not know is he holds patents for different tech he developed. Josh is a consultant to Juniors operations.

Pro Window "CREW" is the brand we plan to build in regions throughout the coast as well as expand through Australia and Internationally. We plan to build a company and a culture that outlasts us. Using the latest tech process "CREW" will continue to monitor and evaluate our methods systems and process to improve quality control and time management. Our goal in the nest year is integration of the latest ai systems to give our "CREW" the best tools for the JOB.
 
Years ago Josh was handed a mop and a bucket outside a bank and told by David a brother.  Well that's how its done. As he watched him s curve the squeegee down the commercial glass door.  ​That's it said Josh, little did he know there was a-lot more to learn to get the quality expected by the customer and more importantly for himself. OCD in his blood "Never Give UP" he thought stay on the edge come up with improved methods systems and ways to improve your window craft.
