Our Story Junior  served as missionaries over 25 years ago in the Central Coast. In the Sydney North Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ.

He  looked for opportunities then to serve others and do so still today. Whether it's singing a song to random stranger a family member or helping someone in need. He  saw then that providing a "win, win" is the only way to lasting success, and that the right team and "CREW" can mean the difference between success and failure.

That's why  are developing a team a "CREW" that is committed to excellence in all aspects of   life the job and company.

Each "CREW" Technician after a trial period can gain ownership in the company, not just another job but a brand you can call home. 
 
That's right each employee who continues to work with the team and culture has your best interest in mind, because they are part of the company or a large portion of profits are given to the beyond normal compensation . Those profits are only given if they pass the quality control checks put in place to deliver the best product and service to you. ​ABOUT THE OWNER
Junior has had extensive years of management roles and service in helping youth learn life skills and compete at the highest levels. He's a Father of a daughter and two sons and married to his best mate. What you might not know is Junior is a Music Technician and eventually will provide "Musik With In" to the world. Clink the ink below if you want to help this venture become a reality. So if you hear him busting out a song on the job, it will be music to your ears. Junior has been on the Gold Coast with his family for 20 years after leaving New Zealand to pursue a dream. 

Pro Window "CREW" is the brand we plan to build in regions throughout the coast as well as expand through Australia and Internationally. We plan to build a company and a culture that outlasts us. We will do this by hiring the best talent and seeking out the best clients to make a win, win for all involved. Clear vision, clear windows, clear communication and quality results is our goal.
