Step 3. Relay any specific needs in notes. If you have any hard water deposits or construction debris cost can be double.
Step 4. Also be sure to clarify if you have additional exterior glass needs like: balcony glass or pool glass panes.
Step 5. Interior bid can be accounted for by outside pics except for any additional interior glass needs, like shower doors mirrors or glass walk walls or railing. Take photos of all glass desired to be cleaned upload and submit. Our goal is to get you an estimate as soon as possible. Typical estimate on line takes 10 minutes of receiving images.
Access to all windows that you want cleaned. If there is no interior glass to be cleaned we usually won't be at the property more than 15 minutes. If you have floors unseen from ground level sometimes will need access to those interior balconies to assess glass needs .
Show the "CREW ESTIMATOR" the space then give them 10 minutes to evaluate and calculate a bid this will give them time to asses hard water and other debris' as well as time to clean screens and other requested areas.
Rep will give you and estimate. If it works for you they will schedule the appointment there to get the work in process.

Quick Estimate
Take images of the interiors you want cleaned including showers mirrors balcony or walk way glass. If you don't have any special requests outside of what's shown on the exterior we can give a bid from images you took of exterior windows for both inside and out. So take 4 photos front back right and left of home. This can calculate the inside windows as well. But any inside unseen items will need specific photos as stated above.
24 Hour In Person Visit
When the CREW ESTIMATOR arrives give access to interior of home only if special needs of showers mirrors or glass railing.

And if we are cleaning inside interior remove any items of value like vases or fine art or stain-glass in front of the windows if your part of our Platinum Membership will take care of moving everything, unless you request removal items your self the crew will take care of it.
Yes, most of the time, but if neglect has transpired to windows from low maintenance the panes can be etched meaning that the hard water has sat to long and cannot be removed.
What most people don't understand is glass is pores and the mineral deposits get in those pin hole size holes over time if not washed regularly can ruin glass. That's when its clear look has gone, typically frosty white. this white is usually multiple layers of deposits from time. This build up can get so bad from neglect that glass has to be completely replaced. One more reason to get on a regular routine of window washing to protect your property.

4. New Blade. On most windows when done with the Premier or Platinum package minus tinted or tempered glass we will edge the fly, bug debri bird droppings. Edging leaves a cleaner window vs the basic package of just mop and squeegee.
5. Fresh Clean Towels. This also means a nice edge or frame left spotless clean of rubbish debris dirt , grime. Who wants the next rain just to rinse the mud salt and debri down the clean window.

It can be normal to do interior to keep the schedules in flow on a stormy day.
Usually we do outside windows first unless requested to do inside for our clients. But doing this helps us see any thing we missed by starting outside. After developing trust we have a lot of clients who trust us to get our work done even when there gone.
Yes, our crew either removes shoes or wares bootees on shoes when in they are in the interior of the home. Part of the requirement of excellence, is if they were shoes is to bring an extra pair of shoes used indoors only. Yes, It can happen sometimes the oem ( original manufacture) can make them to tight for the frame.
The best way to remove a screen is to understand the mechanics of the design some push a certain direction to allow the spring to allow them to be tight and hold for wind so they are designed to have applied pressure to keep in place. Some are held with Velcro some cant be removed unless hardware is removed first. So when pushed or unlatched screens give a gap to allow the screen to be extracted. If in doubt of how to remove call a CREW TECHNICIAN to remove the screen to prevent damage to screens.
Some screens have metal clips to hold into the wind frame no home is the same our experience comes into play here.

Simple it's. double work load. Most construction jobs take more time to clean and are usually much more debris to clean.
We can sometimes go through 3 rubber replacements as well as several blades for edging. Some jobs even can be bad enough to replace the wand mop to meet our standards of clean. We have redone many jobs over the years after construction, the contractor or previous owner there contractor didn't care about the detail and we come redo the job the right way. "REV"
Yes, we have had a-lot of stories over the years of people grateful they had us clean after the construction. Remember most homes are still under warranty for a year so it's important to clean because in the cleaning you see the flaws and the fixes that need to be fixed.
We have had contractors also grateful because they want to provide the best product to there clients and there quality or the work of there sub contractors is there name as well. If there good they will want it cleaned right at the finally cleaning.

Yes, we apply water with solution and then remove the water from the window. Mineral deposits can be in plain water which can leave spots if not removed by squeegee or water filtrated solutions, these solutions can allow clear dry free of spots.
If you have gotten in the habit of washing it with the hose we kindly advise to "stop it"? If your going to power wash call us to clean it right after. We can also power wash for your property ask for an in person.
