These individuals are good at motivation and leading a group from the front, the can get leads wash windows to perfection. If asked they are keen to learn and jump in where needed. They come up with team winning events and motivate reps that are struggling in sales to get them to a win.

Sales Rep/Estimators

​Do you like to sale, or cold call great so do we in fact every product is nothing with out sales, great sales reps, and teams. Sales is one of the life bloods of our company. Over 20+ years selling in multiple industries the goal is to get to yes, yes, yes! 

These  sales aren't complete cold calls in fact the company gives a good portion of leads to reps.  These come in requested online estimations. If you request only weekend work you'll only estimate on weekends. We are looking for full time reps and this is a job you can scale fast if you're motivated ambitious and driven. Wether getting leads through door to door sales or B2B. Here at Crew we are ready to help you put into practice proven methods pitches conversations to lead to a win win conversation with the clients to help them see the value of these proven methods that get real results. In helping the client see the win win and extra added value the result is sales. we stand by our Methods and are so confident its 100% guarantee. So to be crystal clear this specific job is commission only. Which allows you to set your own hours and schedule. We do have a minimum of one sale every fort-nite to continue the job. Crew Technicians  "Tradie"

Become a Tradie with us. We specialise in teaching you a skill that helps restore peoples windows from dirty, bug gunk, sea bitten, saltwater, spotted bird dung goo. To restored pristine perfection clean. Some even say there so clean they sparkle. Or at least they are after our special process.

You don't know how? That's, ok neither did we long ago? Of course, we wouldn't expect you to know our special process. No worries ,will teach you.

Flexible Scheduling, Learn the Process

We start all reps on Saturdays to see if you can learn the sales process techniques systems and process, also to make sure this is the right  for you. We do a 2 week trial  period. We area seeking to maintain a positive vibe in the company and only want people brining that good vibe and energy. So if it's just someone needing extra cash or full time let's start somewhere.

If you don't want to talk to anyone prefer to just hand out flyers or just wash outside only work behind a computer we got work for that to. If you have a knack for online social media or perhaps good with a camera writing text we have something for everyone.
